In Asheville, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across North Carolina, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

This is simply a bad ineffective car wash. Barely any water hits the wheels or running boards to wash off loose dirt. I literally paid $14 then had to go home and hose off the truck to get some sand off. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I got a wash here last week. I bought the $16 option, but it only gave me the $10 wash. The first sign something wasn't right was when I drove in and it didn't do the underspray to get rid of salt and dirt (the primary reason I was getting the wash). Sure enough, it only gave me the basic $10 service and skipped the other steps. I thought maybe I had accidentally chosen the $10 option, and since I really needed the undercarriage cleaned, I went through again. Fortunately, it gave me the $16 wash that time. However, when I got home and checked my bank account, I had been charged for two $16 washes, so this clearly wasn't a mistake on my part.

After one basic wash my car was still covered in pollen and dirt. So I went through again using the deluxe wash and my car still has visible dirt on it. The vacuums were great and give enough time to do a full car. After reading this review, the management gave me a car wash code for 3 free washes. Unfortunately, I had to go through twice again and my car still has a significant amount of dirt on it. There must be an issue with the car wash itself.

This used to be a convenient place for me to clean out my car and get a quick and inexpensive carwash. I stopped by about 2 weeks ago and found trash overflowing, vacuum out of order, so I left. I came back a few days ago to check again, and saw that although the trash was cleaned up, the vacuum is still out of order. Prices went way up. The basic wash that used to be $8 and included the undercarriage blast now costs $10 and no longer includes the undercarriage blast (you have to get the $14 wash for that). One lane is for Members who I guess don't mind paying more for less and not being able to use the vacuum. That made no sense to me, so I left. Again.

The wash itself did get my car quite clean. I purchased the $10 wash with Rain-X. However, one bay appeared to be non-operational and had trash in the bay. Both trash cans were overflowing and were still this way when I came back two days later. The fragrance dispenser was empty. It does not appear the wash is being maintained at this time. I hope the owner is okay and that the wash is brought back up to par soon!
